How I work

Most diet plans are written for someone else.

A 22-year-old who can prep five meals on a Sunday. A bodybuilder celebrity. A magazine cover model with a personal chef. They're not for you, in your real week, with your real life, your real budget, and your real opinions about kale.

What I do is different. We start with a full assessment: your past and current health, your actual measurements and what they mean, what you eat and drink now, what you actually enjoy (and not enjoy) eating and drinking, your work-life-social schedule, your stress, your sleep. Then I build a plan around those facts. Not around what looks good on Instagram.

The process

What an initial consultation looks like

  1. 01

An hour together (in person at Virgin Active Foreshore, or online if you'd rather)

  2. 02

A full nutritional assessment and discussion of your goals, likes and dislikes

  3. 03

A week of homework, in preparation for your upcoming meal plan

  4. 04

An individualised meal plan you can actually use

Balanced bowl with greens, egg, avocado and fresh vegetables
Who it's for

Anyone. You.

The elderly. Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to fall pregnant. People managing weight, energy, gut issues, blood sugar, hypertension, cholesterol, perimenopause, sports nutrition, or just general "I want to eat better and don't know where to start." Anyone. YOU!

Let's build something that works.

Request your first consultation when you're ready. I'll take it from there.
