No, you can book directly with me for either fitness training or a dietary consultation. If your situation involves managing a specific medical condition or injury, I might suggest looping your GP, physiotherapist, biokineticist or chiropractor in so we're all on the same page.
Yes. I see clients in person at Virgin Active Foreshore and online from wherever you are. Both work very well.
Life happens. I ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Less than that and the session fee still applies or in case of serious medical emergency, we can reschedule your appointment.
It depends. Some people stick to a plan that works for them and they keep to it permanently with their own adaptations if needed. Others require more frequent updates and adaptations to preference, routine, health and changing circumstances. The whole point of working together is building something that fits your life as it changes. We'll start with a plan that works now, then evolve it as you do.
